Practice these scales every single day, for as long as possible. Good scale practices mean good lead guitar skills.

Arpeggios
March 11, 2006, 01:07:00 AM by Chris

Arpeggios are chords played one note at a time. Go through these charts, one note at a time. The 'R's indicate the root notes of the chord, that is, the note the chord is named after. If there are two adjacent strings with notes on the same fret, you will use the same finger to play them. This will take some practice to do comfortably.

The bottom two charts sound best when you start from the first root. If you like, you can start on the root, go backwards, and then forward again.
